He is accomplished in the development and implementation of policy frameworks and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs and projects for nonprofits. Andrew has broad independent consulting experience in Organizational Training and Development in the E. I. DuPont de Nemours Corporation and in other large companies as well as nonprofit Management and Community Development. |
Andrew was a Principal of Gerber-Moyer Associates, a training and development firm and a Principal and Director of Development for Strategic Learning Systems, Inc. based in Wilmington, DE. He worked for several years as a researcher and planner for the United Way of London and Middlesex, Ontario as well as organized and facilitated a large-scale volunteer community planning project and social audit of the human-care services in London for an alliance of non-profit, foundations and government organizations. He has also taught cultural anthropology at the University of Western Ontario. Andrew
has a B.A. in History, as well as a B.A in Cultural Anthropology from
the University of Western Ontario and a M.A. in Social/Cultural Anthropology
from York University. He has served as the Assistant Director of Studies
and Chairman of the Board of the Claymont Society for Continuous Education,
and is currently a Director of the Center for Self-Organizing Leadership
based in Niagara Falls, New York. He has conducted anthropological research
in Turkey (1981-83) and Hawaii (1978). Andrew was born in Canada, lived
for many years in the United States and is a citizen of both countries.
He currently resides in London, Ontario. |
